Experience running a digital agency for 4 years I delivered projects for M&S, University of Portsmouth and CleanWater. My experience also includes delivering marketing projects for architects including Zaha Hadid architect Patrik Schumacher, Mark Burry and managing the marketing for all fashion books whilst at Publishers Wiley.
Strong budget management of marketing projects and teams, and recently completing an AAT accountancy qualification (2019). I have a budget focused approach to projects which has helped me consecutively hit KPIs for 2019.
Effective at producing direct mail campaigns, using InDesign scripting and distribution partners to deliver personalised and tailored messaging.
CMS – Content Management Systems
Experience using various E-Commerce CMS systems across projects, including the one ANGLEPOISE use Magento. I even co-created a custom Content Management System called MannaTree built up from Twitter Bootstrap when that first launched at the time it was one of the first responsive CMS systems.
Strategic Data Driven Marketing
Good projects are driven by good data. I am Google Analytics and Adwords certified and my projects reflect good statistical analysis and actionable insights. I then roll up my sleeves and get the projects completed to specification on budget and on time.
Solid Experience in Graphic Design
A competent Marketing Manager able to design and train team members on Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD.
Video has been increasingly key on my projects and I can shoot, edit and distribute video, demonstrated by the increased subscribers on Meon’s YouTube, with an increase of +753 in one month taking us over 10,000 subscribers and over 5 million views.
Campaign Email Marketing
A cornerstone of my background and where I started a transition from web development into marketing, learning to design and combining design and code in emails. As the years progressed I have used all the big email campaign software, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Cheetah Mail, DotMailer etc.
I’m now setting up Klaviyo for an integration into our E-commerce website. Always with the goal of growing audience numbers, increasing conversions and using email automation campaigns and good segmentation of customers to get good return on investment.

Launching Products with Videos and Photoshoots
Launched over 80 lighting products connecting with stockists and bulk buyers including: Screwfix, Toolstation and RS Components. These launches included creating photos, videos, packaging and POS materials.
I created this concept app video to get buy in from our suppliers, customers and the company board to gather feedback and test the concept. I created the visuals in Adobe XD, and it enabled the team to get buy in and progress the project.
Ever the opportunist I managed the visit of Secretary of State for Defence, Penny Mordaunt to attend Meon’s Head Office. As Marketing Team Leader at Meon I organised the event delivering presentation materials, staff cheat sheets and PR from the meeting as well as securing some strategic goals for industry contacts and opening discussion about innovation adoption for new technologies and product usage across the UK.
