Campaigns that deliver results are key for any business or organisation. The campaigns my team and I deliver consecutively hit targets, exceed KPIs and deliver return on investment. The creative spans video, graphic design and content. I’ve built multi-channel funnels, drip feed training programmes all building towards sales growth, repurposing content and building the sales pipeline. Campaigns can also be used as a tool for retention and recruitment campaigns, I’ve saved organisations tens of thousands of pounds in agency and recruitment fees by retention email campaigns and recruitment drives. 

Though you need a face for these types of campaigns. Some organisations use celebrity endorsements which have been useful in previous roles from TV Doctors, to comedians. However, sometimes the most cost effective solution is to develop the current Senior Teams capabilities in front of the camera, internally and externally. This can give a voice to the organisation that scripts don’t always deliver on. I’ve worked with all levels of the business, filming, editing and formulating clear tone of voice, and platforms for my speakers to get our message across. Working with National Trade Bodies, like RIBA, Ministers, MPs, and Government organisations like MakeUK.org who run National Manufacturing Day I deliver campaigns that help your speakers get the message and ROI. It helps I can film, produce and deliver the campaigns without the need for costly agency fees, not that I’m against working with agencies, it’s a cost saving worth mentioning. One thing I hear consistently is that I don’t do cameras, and those people often end up being the ones I win over and become one-take wonders…

Effective Segmentation

Creating campaigns that aligned to landing pages saw growth in sales across the e-commerce and trade sales. Educating a disinterested database, turning the woeful 3.4% open rate to 27% within 9 months. These statistics were transformed into industry leading open rates and improved sales and helped brand recognition and perception of the brand as industry experts. 

Account Based Segmentation

Account based segmentation was set up to support the sales team hit the most profitable sectors. I set up automation campaigns drip feeding training and campaign teasers, follow up and post-purchase feedback. These campaigns were based upon a wide set of factors from seasonal trends of product purchase, current stock to CRM data insights and web sales trends.
