My experience includes working across private and NHS healthcare services providing marketing campaigns and strategic direction to create cost-effective and results-driven campaigns. Support includes event management, email marketing, hospital launches, patient literature, app development, UX and web management. I have launched many healthcare websites, email campaigns, and run events across the healthcare industry from Occupational Therapy to Radiotherapy, to robotically controlled water jet surgery, see below for a sample of some of the healthcare projects I have worked on.

Leading product launches of new treatments, campaigns, patient literature, social media and videos. All building to an increased pipeline, quicker adoption rates and awareness of treatment options available to consultants.
I managed the marketing requirements for x10 UK Hospitals for both patients and doctors. In my tenure at GenesisCare all patient literature was recreated and managed through one print and distribution centre, allowing for greater accountability and speed of delivery of print projects. Cost savings could be made as patient literature was bought in bulk then shipped on a monthly basis to each hospital saving money on delivery and avoiding last minute print runs.

Patient Literature
Printed and digital patient literature well over 150+ created for new products, services and information. Product launches included new treatment options from new products, or innovative new uses of machines to provide better patient outcomes. Support included print distribution and management on monthly drop shipments to reduce costs and ensure there was always the right amount of literature in the right locations.
SaaS – App Development
Working with development agencies to create super secure Referral Apps, Radiotherapy Dosage Calculators and web development projects to build the pipeline of both insured and self-referring patients. Simplifying User Experience (UX) to speed up the process of referring keeping all the data in one centralised platform.
Data Insights & Engagement
Holding conferences with the leading Doctors in the UK enabled the organisation to harness the collective thoughts of the attendees. It also meant that we could then interpret the data and use that for future conferences.
Marcus Brigstocke – Event Speaker
Choosing the right after dinner speaker included research of their previous projects, budget considerations and matching a comedian to the audience. Prior to the night a profile of the company was compiled and sent. On the night I provided a quick overview of the company and audience with things to avoid and a concise summary of conference details. Feedback was positive and helped set the tone for the conference.
CPD Events & Certificated CPD
Management of CPD events, seminars, lectures, conferences and training sessions to build referral pipelines and promote best practice amongst the UK’s GPs, surgeons, radiographers.
Artwork
From pull-up banners to medical posters, I’ve created hundred’s of printed and digital artwork for various healthcare organisations.
Job Adverts to Increase Profile and Applicants for NHS roles
Created a series of animated social videos for LinkedIn to improve the performance of job advertisements. Compared to static image posts, video content increased engagement and reached more applicants, driven by LinkedIn’s preference for video in its algorithm. The animations were kept short and clear to maintain viewer attention and communicate key details quickly. This approach not only improved visibility but also attracted a higher number of quality applications, with some roles seeing a increase in click-through rate after switching to video posts.
Exhibition Stands & Artwork
The exhibition stand had an integrated TV and had a timelapse of our flagship centre on loop. The stand was also built so that it could be easily adapted, both in size and so that the graphics could be changed, for future conferences.
Branding and Web Development
The branding for the Joint Pain Practice is clean, modern, and professional—designed to reflect the clinic’s focus on expert, patient-centered care. The visual identity uses a calm, clinical palette and clear typography to convey trust and clarity without unnecessary complexity. Every element is purposeful, creating a cohesive and reassuring experience for patients.
The website was built with usability and performance in mind. It’s fast, responsive, and easy to navigate, allowing users to quickly find key information about conditions, treatments, and booking. The design is minimal and functional, with a structure that supports both SEO and future content updates.
